Lino Rosa has over 17 years of experience in software engineering. In 2003, they began their career as a Trainee at the Tribunal de Contas da União, where they provided technical support to a few hundred employees. In 2005, they started working as a Web Developer at Teia Digital, where they developed a custom-built CMS and a web chat application. In 2006, they began working as a Systems Analyst at Serpro, where they worked on SOTN, a multi-million dollar messaging solution. In 2010, they joined TEKsystems as a Software Developer, where they worked on the Food Encyclopedia for the Food Network. In 2011, they started working as a Senior Developer at Jesta I.S., where they wrote the native Windows client which uploaded over half a million photos. Also in 2011, they began working as a Software Developer at iSentium, where they wrote a stock monitoring web application. In 2016, they began working as a Senior Software Developer at Automat.ai, where they were the first software engineering hire. Currently, they are a Senior Software Engineer at Narrative I/O, where they are building a data marketplace and working remotely from Montreal, QC, Canada.

Lino Rosa attended the Federal University of Ceara from 2000 to 2004, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
