Kate Rudder serves as an Adjunct Professor at The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and operates as a Consultant with Community Consultants, LLC. As a Southeast Regional Associate and Story Exchange Facilitator for Narrative 4, Kate facilitates empathy-building story exchanges and trains community leaders in facilitation. With extensive experience as a Storytelling Workshop Facilitator, Kate has designed and conducted workshops for various organizations, including international NGOs. Kate's background includes teaching English at Harare International School and serving as a School Board Member and Chair, where responsibilities included supporting leadership and ensuring the school's financial sustainability. Additionally, Kate has held roles in research, writing, and documentation for NGOs, significantly contributing to projects addressing diverse social issues. Kate's educational qualifications include an Executive MPA from Syracuse University and a Secondary English Teaching Certification from Moreland University, among other degrees in anthropology and English.
