Mindaugas Stalnionis is an experienced procurement professional currently serving as the Head of Procurement at NARBUTAS since February 2023. Prior to this role, Mindaugas held the position of Head of Procurement at Grigeo Packaging UAB from October 2018 to February 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing procurement management and team integration within a newly established Procurement Department. Earlier experience includes roles such as Senior Procurement Manager, Purchasing Manager at RYTAS print, and Product Manager at a heating systems supplier, honing skills in supplier negotiations, procurement management, and supply chain control. Mindaugas holds a Master's degree in Leadership and Change Management and a Bachelor's degree in Business Systems Development and Management from Mykolas Romeris University.
