Amit Kumar is an experienced professional in product and corporate marketing, currently working at Narayana Health since November 2022, where efforts have led to a significant increase in patient footfall and revenue through strategic pricing and promotions. Prior experience includes a role as Assistant General Manager at Vodafone Idea Limited, focused on customer lifecycle management, complaint resolution, and brand retention. Amit has also held managerial positions at NSTPL, Tata Teleservices Ltd, Aircel, and Reliance Communications, specializing in customer management systems, analytics, and revenue assurance. Currently pursuing a postgraduate degree in Digital Marketing at Purdue University, Amit holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Magadh University and a diploma in Computer Science from NIIT, among other educational qualifications.
