Erik Belcher Ed.D is an experienced educational leader currently serving as a Professor at Defiance College since August 2021 and as the Superintendent of Napoleon Area City Schools since August 2019. Prior to these positions, Erik Belcher was the Superintendent at Fayette Local School from June 2012 to July 2019. Erik Belcher's academic background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education from Adrian College, a Master's degree in Educational Leadership from the University of Dayton, a Superintendent credential from The University of Findlay, and a Doctor of Education from The University of Findlay.
