Thomas Jones has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Thomas began their career as the owner of Tom Jones Glass Inc. from 2004 to 2008. Thomas then worked as a Technical Support Analyst at Pace Communications from 2008 to 2009. Following this, Thomas joined Monk Development as a Business Development leader in 2009, responsible for sales and development efforts for a software as a service provider. In 2015, they became the Director of Partnership Development at Coder Foundry, where they played a key role in expanding the code school to multiple locations. In 2016, Thomas co-founded EmberTribe, a digital marketing agency focused on customer acquisition. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Partnerships Officer at Napkin Inc. starting from 2023.

Thomas Jones attended Wichita State University from 1999 to 2004, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Management Information Systems.
