Heather Fether has been serving as a Health Service Administrator and Associate Health Service Administrator at NaphCare, Inc. since February 2009. Prior to that, Heather worked as the Director of Nursing at the same company. Before their time at NaphCare, Inc., Heather worked as a Registered Nurse at Union Hospital in Dover, Ohio from July 2004 to February 2009. Heather holds an Associate's degree in Registered Nursing from Kent State University at Tuscarawas and a Bachelor of Music in Music Education from Ohio University.
