Georges El Kai is an accomplished Process Improvement Manager at Napco National, with extensive experience in operational excellence and data analysis. Since December 2015, Georges has monitored and interpreted raw data to support decision-making, developed action plans to address issues from the Daily Management System, and led initiatives to implement World Class Organization visual management strategies. Previous roles at Napco included Process Improvement Specialist and Coordinator, where Georges enhanced various quality management systems and drove continuous improvement activities. Additionally, Georges has held leadership positions in the GC LAU Model United Nations, overseeing logistics and operations for events and delegating responsibilities effectively. A graduate of the Lebanese American University with a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering, Georges has also completed internships at Archirodon Group and HATCO, focusing on quality control and process optimization.
