Phoebe Lim has extensive experience in library management and administration at Nanyang Technological University Singapore since June 2006, serving in several senior capacities, including Senior Assistant Director for Administration and Operations and Collection Development & Finance. Phoebe has successfully led teams to enhance operational efficiency in library resource management and has developed strategic collection assessment processes. Previous roles include Head of the Art, Design & Media Library, where collaborative efforts with faculty were vital for integrating library resources into educational activities. Earlier experiences include a project librarian role at the Department of Justice, information officer duties at the National Library Board, and administrative roles at the Singapore Police Force. Phoebe holds a Master’s degree in Business Information Technology from RMIT University and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the National University of Singapore.
