Ivy Kwan serves as the Assistant Dean for Career Services at Nanyang Business School, leading a team of over 25 career counselors and managing relations with more than 300 global firms. Ivy has also held the role of Associate Professor (Practice) at Nanyang Technological University since July 2017. Prior to these positions, Ivy was the Global Director of Employer Engagement at INSEAD and the Director of Professional Development & Recruiting at McKinsey & Company, where responsibilities included managing talent management teams and leading the launch of a private equity practice. Ivy's earlier career includes positions at UBS, BNP Paribas, The Sanwa Bank, and DBS Bank. Ivy holds an MBA in Strategy and Finance from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Banking from Nanyang Technological University. Recognized for contributions to the university, Ivy received the “Nanyang Award Admin Excellence.”
