Chin Loon Chai currently serves as the Government Chief Information Security Officer and Senior Director of the Cyber Security Group at GovTech Singapore since February 2015. In addition, Chin Loon holds positions on the IT Committees for HCA Hospice Care and the National Kidney Foundation, as well as on the Audit and Risk Committee for the Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine. Active in community service, Chin Loon has been a member of the sound ministry at Mt Carmel Bible Presbyterian Church since January 1990. Previous roles include board member at the Singapore Land Authority and Chief Operating Officer at Assurity Trusted Solutions Pte Ltd. Chin Loon's earlier experience includes serving as the Senior IT Architect at IBM and Chief Information Officer at the Agency for Science, Technology and Research. Educational credentials include a degree in Mathematics from the University of Oxford, obtained in 1986.
