Ang Wee Seng is a seasoned semiconductor professional with over two decades of experience in the industry, currently serving as the Executive Director of the Singapore Semiconductor Industry Association (SSIA) since May 2018. Alongside this role, Ang is actively involved in various advisory and leadership committees, including membership in the North East Community Development Council, Expert Board of Appeal for the Carbon Pricing Act, and several advisory committees in higher education institutions. Additionally, Ang contributes to several technical committees related to electrical and electronics products, smart manufacturing, and energy resources. Ang holds a Master’s degree in Management of Technology from the National University of Singapore and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Nanyang Technological University Singapore.
