Hang Zhou started their work experience as a Senior Trader at First Sino Bank in 2008. In this role, they developed and implemented derivative products, as well as played an advisory role for FX/IR hedging products.
In 2010, Hang Zhou moved to Nanyang Commercial Bank Ltd. (Head Office) where they held the position of Head of Trading & Money Market in the Global Markets Department. Their responsibilities included managing a trading team, focusing on FX and precious metal pop trade, and meeting annual P&L targets. They also dealt with CNY spot/swap trade and G7 currency trade, and were responsible for asset-liability management.

Hang Zhou completed a Master's Degree in Finance from East China Normal University from 2008 to 2011. Before that, from 2002 to 2006, Hang Zhou pursued a Bachelor's Degree in International Trade from the same university. In addition to these degrees, Hang Zhou obtained a certification in Financial Risk Manager (FRM) from GARP in September 2014.
