Hani Taan is currently the Chief Technology Officer & Co-Founder at Nanotech, Inc. Prior to this, they held key roles at National Oilwell Varco including Director Business Development - Marine Offshore, VP Strategic Accounts for Floating Production Systems, Corporate Operations Director Brazil, and Corporate Business Development Manager. Hani also has experience as an Independent Consultant, General Manager Brazil at Frontline Safety, Contract and Quality Manager at Sparrows Group, and as a Field Engineer at Schlumberger. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from UC Santa Barbara, a Master's degree in International Business Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, and various certifications from Purdue University, Stanford University, and The Wharton School.
