Andy Chen is an accomplished professional in the field of Quality Assurance and Cloud Testing with extensive experience in leading teams and optimizing processes. Currently serving as a Senior Cloud Test Lead at NanoString Technologies, Inc., since January 2020, Andy has previously held managerial and leadership roles at Enprecis Group, where strategic IT initiatives were enhanced. Possessing a strong background in both manual and automated testing, Andy successfully managed teams, improved project delivery efficiency, and reduced bug counts. Prior roles include significant contributions to Clearwire's Business Intelligence team and software test engineering at Microsoft. Andy holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Central Washington University and completed the C# Masters Program at SetFocus LLC.
