Susan Barrett, SHRM-CP PHR, is an accomplished HR professional with over 20 years of experience in leading strategy and operations across the full employee lifecycle. Currently, they serve as the Director of Human Resources at both Nanophase Technologies and Solésence. Prior to these roles, they held a position as Manager of Human Resources & IT at Nanophase Technologies Corporation, where they managed employee benefits, payroll, and compliance. Susan is also pursuing degrees in Computer Programming at Prairie State College and Computer Information Systems at Joliet Junior College.
