Olivier Déry PhD. MBA has extensive work experience in the field of science and marketing. From 1996 to 2000, they worked as a Postdoctoral Fellow at UCSF, where they researched G-Protein Coupled Receptor regulation and identified phosphorylation sites for the neurokin-1 receptor. From 2000 to 2005, they worked at Clontech as a Cell Biology Scientist, where they developed Clontech's proprietary fluorescent protein technology and identified AcGFP1 as a new green fluorescent protein. From 2005 to 2009, they worked at BD Biosciences as a Bioimaging Scientist, where they managed projects relating to the implementation of the fluorescent protein technology and developed purified and conjugated antibodies for bioimaging. From 2009 to 2012, they worked at Cyntellect as an Associate Director Product Marketing, Scientific Product Marketing Manager, and Sr. Scientist. From 2012 to 2014, they worked at Brooks Automation as a Product Manager and Application Manager. Finally, from 2014 to 2020, they worked at Nexcelom Bioscience as Director of Strategic Marketing, Director of Business Developent for the Pacific Region, and Director of Celigo Business. In 2020, they began working as Director of Marketing at NanoCellect Biomedical, Inc.
Olivier Déry completed their PhD in Biochemistry from Paris-Sud University (Paris XI) between 1988 and 1996. Olivier then went on to pursue an MBA from the University of California, San Diego - Rady School of Management in Business Administration from 2009 to 2012.
