Liang Zhang is a Senior Engineer II at Nano and Advanced Materials Institute Ltd. since March 2015, focusing on project coordination, application, progress monitoring, commercialization, lab safety management, and budget preparation. Significant achievements include the development of acoustic insulation materials with a sound transmission loss of STC 25dB. Previously, as a Senior Engineer, Liang Zhang worked on a project for ITC, Hong Kong, resulting in a US patent and collaborated with Professor KM Ng at Hong Kong University of Science and Technology on fullerene synthesis. Liang Zhang also served as an Organic Synthetic Lab Supervisor at Guangdong Aglaia Photoelectric Material Ltd., overseeing the synthesis and purification of photoelectric materials. During a postdoctoral fellowship at The University of Hong Kong, Liang Zhang conducted research on novel pyrazino derivatives for dye-sensitized solar cells. Educational qualifications include a PhD and MS in Organic Chemistry from the University of East Anglia and a Bachelor's degree from Qingdao University.
