Tonateni Tangeni Tshivute is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in the energy sector. Currently serving as a Senior Engineer at NamPower since April 2018, Tshivute previously held the position of Mechanical Engineering Consultant at Burmeister & Partners Consulting Engineers and Project Managers from December 2013 to April 2018, focusing on the development, detailed design, and project management of various industrial facilities. Earlier, Tshivute worked as an Assistant Engineer at NamPower from February 2011 to December 2013, contributing to renewable generation projects, energy efficiency initiatives, and policy development. Tshivute holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Cape Town and a postgraduate certificate in Renewable Energy Technology, Policy, and Financing from the Berlin University of Applied Sciences Berlin. Education was completed at Wynberg Boys High School in Cape Town, South Africa, from 2000 to 2004.
