Nico Hough is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in system administration, currently serving as the Chief System Administrator at NamPower since April 1997. In this role, Nico oversees all computer workstations, servers, LAN and WAN networks, as well as the helpdesk and service desk operations. Prior to this position, Nico worked as the Workshop Manager at CompuGraphics (Xerox) from January 1994 to April 1997. Nico holds a B-Tech degree in Information Technology from the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika and a National Diploma in Information Technology from Technikon South Africa.
