Katy Baker is an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud professional currently serving as the HCM-Core Practice Lead and Principal Consultant at Namos Solutions, an Oracle Platinum Partner, since November 2019. Prior roles at Namos Solutions include Senior HCM Consultant and HCM Practice Stream Lead. Before joining Namos Solutions, Katy worked as an Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultant at Accenture UK and as an HCM Functional Consultant at Certus Solutions. Katy's extensive background also includes significant roles at Debenhams as a Senior Business Analyst, where leadership of business analysts and management of an array of HR projects occurred. Earlier experience includes roles at Marks & Spencer in business analysis and HR management. Katy holds a BCS Certificate in Requirements Engineering and CIPD qualifications.
