Susan Epperson has extensive experience in both mental health education and business management. Since June 2014, Susan has served as a Family-To-Family Training Instructor at NAMI California, leading a 12-week educational course for families and caregivers of individuals with mental illness. Prior to that, from January 2014 to October 2015, Susan was the Ventura County Program Manager for Emergency Services at Lutheran Social Services of Southern California, coordinating essential services for low-income clients. Susan also worked as a Business Management Consultant in the aerospace sector from November 2010 to October 2012 and held the position of Business Manager for Global Supply Chain Operations and Major Proposals Pricing at Northrop Grumman Aerospace Systems from 1989 to 2009. Susan holds a Certificate in Systems Engineering and Technical Management from Caltech and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from California State University, Long Beach.
