Nihar Ranjan Pradhan currently serves as Manager of Institutional Sourcing and Product Development at Namdhari Seeds Private Limited since May 2022, following a stint as a Management Trainee in Marketing. Prior experience includes a Winter Internship at nurture.farm and a Summer Internship at Anmol Feeds Private Limited, along with a Research Internship at the Odisha Renewable Energy Development Agency, where Nihar designed solar energy systems and proposed a solar-powered poultry farm. Nihar also completed an Engineering Traineeship at the Northern Region Farm Machinery Training and Testing Institute, focusing on agricultural machinery. Academic qualifications include a Post Graduate Diploma in Agri-business Management from the National Institute of Agricultural Extension Management and a Bachelor of Technology in Agricultural Engineering from Orissa University of Agriculture and Technology.
