Mirte Suesan currently serves as the HR Director at NAM BV Assen since January 2020, where accountability includes the people agenda for the Nederlandse Aardolie Maatschappij (NAM), the largest gas producing company in the Netherlands. Responsibilities include overseeing continuous improvement and real estate initiatives, as well as reorganizing NAM into an integrated company with an agile operating model. Prior experience at Shell from May 2007 to January 2020 includes roles such as Organisation Development Manager Corporate, HR Manager Upstream Shell Brazil, Business Adviser to EVP HR Shell Projects & Technology, Global HR Policy Advisor, and HR Advisor Corporate Functions. Mirte Suesan holds two master's degrees from the University of Amsterdam in Industrial & Organizational Psychology and Social Psychology.
