Zarra Dwi Monica is a highly experienced counseling manager and psychologist with a strong background in both mental health and human resources. Currently serving as a Counseling Manager at Naluri, Zarra focuses on integrating behavioral science and digital health solutions. Zarra founded Setala Psychological Center to provide comprehensive treatment for mental health issues, while also consulting as a Human Resource Consultant at Mitramas Infosys Global. Zarra has held various clinical psychology positions, including adult clinical psychologist at Bicarakan.id and associate psychologist at Lembaga Psikologi Terapan UI. Zarra's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Indonesia.
