Samuel Thomas has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Samuel started their career at Cisco in 2012 as a Support Associate, where they diagnosed faults, resolved network issues, and installed and configured hardware and software. In 2015, they joined EY as a Senior Support Specialist for a brief period before transitioning to Nalashaa Healthcare Solutions as a Client Partner. In this role, they were responsible for managing client relationships. Samuel then returned to Nalashaa Solutions in 2020 as a Sales Director, where they spearheaded pre and post-sale processes across multiple business units and implemented sales and marketing training programs.

Samuel Thomas earned their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the New Jersey Institute of Technology, where they studied from 2006 to 2010. Samuel then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a concentration in International/Global Studies at the same institution, completing their studies from 2010 to 2012.
