Prior to that, Thomas worked as a Naval Operations Research Analyst | Statistician at CACI International Inc, where they supported the Naval Forces Logistics program at U.S. Fleet Forces Command. Thomas also worked as a Lead Test Engineer at AMERICAN SYSTEMS, where they supported the Joint Test Unit and led assessments for high energy laser weapon systems.

Thomas Bock, Ph.D. has a strong educational background in engineering management, modeling and simulation, and information systems. Thomas earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Engineering Management from Old Dominion University in 2014. Prior to that, they completed a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Modeling and Simulation in 2008 and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) degree in Information Systems in 1999, both from Old Dominion University.
