Adhiguna serves as the Chief Operating Officer for Nakula since April 2024, leading transformation initiatives in operations, finance, revenue, and marketing at this premier property management company in Bali. Prior to Nakula, Adhiguna held various leadership positions at The Luxe Nomad, including General Manager and Director of Operations, overseeing high-level operations for an extensive portfolio of luxury properties. Adhiguna also gained valuable experience as Area Operations Manager at Elite Havens Luxury Villa Rentals and Management and has held multiple operational roles at Villa Kubu Seminyak and Villa Satria. Adhiguna's earlier career included a position as Duty Leader at PT. XL Axiata Tbk, emphasizing customer satisfaction and staff development. Adhiguna holds a diploma in Food Service and Management from Pusat Pendidikan Perhotelan & Pariwisata Bali and Saraswati Semarapura.
