Jakob Miller is an experienced Systems Liaison at the National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC), where roles have included Systems Liaison III, II, and I, with responsibilities ranging from leading automation initiatives and training employees, to technical maintenance using Oracle SQL and serving as a liaison to the finance department. Prior experience includes a Mailroom Associate position and an Undergraduate Research Assistant role at William Jewell College, coupled with leadership as Student Body President. Jakob holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and Economics from William Jewell College.
