James Cottage has extensive experience in soccer coaching and administration, currently serving as the Secretary for the NAIA Men’s Soccer Executive Committee since April 2023 and as a Club Soccer Coach for TOCA FC INC since July 2022. Prior roles include Head Men’s Soccer Coach at Ottawa University since February 2022, and Head Men’s Soccer Coach at Bethel College-North Newton from April 2018 to February 2022. Cottage also has experience as a Volunteer Assistant at the University of Oklahoma, Head Soccer Coach at Santa Cruz Breakers Academy, and as an Assistant Soccer Coach at Cal State Monterey Bay. Earlier coaching roles include Head Coach at Bishops McGuiness High School and Club Coach at Oklahoma Football Club. Cottage holds a Master's degree in Sport Management from East Central University and a Bachelor of Arts in Sport Management from Southwestern Christian University.
