Mark McLees possesses extensive experience in commercial sales and leasing brokerage, currently serving at NAI Black since October 2003, specializing in land and building acquisitions, redevelopment, and exclusive broker representation. Prior to this role, Mark McLees demonstrated project management skills at MCLEES INCORPORATED by overseeing HVAC construction project completions. Experience also includes various technical and supervisory positions at Invensys Building Systems, focusing on engineering and installation of energy performance systems, and as an HVAC journeyman at Air Control Heating and Air, where Mark supervised HVAC system installations. Earlier in the career, Mark operated as a furnace operator and casting technician at Kaiser Aluminum Chemical Corporation, and accumulated significant expertise in commercial construction and renovation in various capacities at McLees Inc. Mark McLees holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from Eastern Washington University.
