Julio Lara serves as the Senior Vice President of Market Growth for the Southeast region at Guaranteed Rate since July 2019, focusing on growth, retention, brand recognition, and strategy within Florida, Alabama, and Tennessee. Additionally, Julio holds the position of Regional Corporate Governor for the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals® since June 2021, contributing to regional governance alongside former chapter presidents and corporate partners. Prior experience includes roles as a Technical Recruiter at Randstad Technologies US and Workbridge Associates, where Julio specialized in the Chicago tech market, and as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Iowa, enhancing educational experiences for students. Julio earned a degree from the University of Iowa between 2011 and 2016.
