Machelle Allman has extensive experience in international recruitment and immigration support, currently serving as the Manager of International Recruitment at the University of Washington Bothell since December 2019. Allman also holds a position as Immigration Specialist with NAFSA: Association of International Educators and serves as Chair Elect for the KCISSS. Previous roles include part-time Immigration Specialist at North Carolina State University and ISSS Client Support Specialist at Terra Dotta, LLC. Allman has held various advisory and managerial positions in international education at institutions such as the University of Washington, Highline College, and Randolph-Macon Woman's College. Additionally, Allman has academic credentials including a Master's degree in International/Global Studies from the University of Wyoming and a Bachelor's degree in Modern Languages from St Andrews Presbyterian College.
