Dale LaFleur, PhD, is a seasoned professional in international education and higher education administration, currently serving as the Senior Director of Academic Affairs and Internationalization at NAFSA: Association of International Educators since January 2020. In this role, Dale leads strategies to enhance global learning and internationalization in higher education by collaborating with global leaders and scholars. Formerly, Dale held various positions at the University of Arizona, including Senior Director of International Partnerships and Regional Development and Director of Institutional Relations, where efforts focused on sustainable international partnerships and successful collaboration with foreign institutions. Additionally, Dale contributed as a faculty member in the online Master's Degree in International Education program at Northern Arizona University. Educational achievements include a PhD in Higher Education/Higher Education Administration from the University of Arizona, an MA in Student Development Administration from Seattle University, and a BA in Sociology from Smith College.
