Mr. Johan Nyvene has been elected as an independent member of the Board of Directors of Nafoods Group since May 2020.

He has knowledge of Vietnam's financial market from over 15 years of working as a financial analyst. Born in Vietnam but raised and educated in the US, Mr. Johan spent the first nine years of his professional financial career as an analyst and international banker, specialized in Southeast Asian markets at CoreStates FirstUnion bank.
