Simon Baker serves as the Vice President of CX Solutions at Nadicent Technologies, a position held since October 2019. With a career spanning over two decades, Simon has previously held various leadership roles at PGi, including Vice President of Cloud Sales and Regional Vice President of Collaboration Sales. Other significant positions include Regional Vice President of Sales at Soundpath Conferencing LLC and Sales Manager at Total Communications. Simon began the professional journey at MCI WORLDCOM Communications Inc, where the role of Regional Sales Manager was undertaken. Educationally, Simon attended Chippenham Technical College from 1982 to 1983.
