Luca Tavaglione has over 20 years of experience in the manufacturing industry. Luca started their career as a machine operator and gained experience in various production processes. In 2016, Luca was promoted to Production Manager at Nadella Group, where Luca currently works. Prior to that, Luca worked as a CNC and traditional lathe operator at Officine meccaniche Bruno Presezzi. Luca completed their education at Istituto professionale Floriani Vimercate.
