The Program and Operations Team at NACTO is responsible for organizing and managing events, conducting program analysis, developing and implementing policy initiatives, and building capacity within member cities. They work collaboratively to support NACTO's mission by ensuring efficient operations, insightful program evaluation, impactful policy advocacy, and robust member support to enhance transportation systems across North America.
