Digital Marketing Director at NACS

Thomas Velasco has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of marketing. Thomas is currently working as a Digital Marketing Director at NACS since September 2021. Prior to this, they served as a Managing Director at Targeted Victory from February 2020 to August 2021.

Thomas also has experience working with prominent organizations such as the Military Officers Association of America (MOAA) as a Senior Marketing Manager. During their tenure at MOAA from November 2016 to January 2020, they successfully oversaw the development and launch of a national ad campaign, managed the creative development of TV commercials, and led a partnership with the Washington Redskins.

Before joining MOAA, they worked at AARP as an Email Marketing Manager for their Life Reimagined division from March 2016 to April 2017. Their responsibilities included optimizing and expanding automated email journeys, managing celebrity partnership email campaigns, and directing the design and branding of email campaigns.

Thomas also gained valuable experience as an Email Marketing Manager at Atlantic Information Services, Inc. from December 2012 to March 2016. In this role, they created and maintained a detailed email marketing schedule, managed the creation and execution of email deployments, and analyzed online traffic results to optimize email marketing efforts.

Additionally, Thomas worked as an Account Manager at Yesmail from March 2007 to November 2012. During their time at Yesmail, they worked closely with clients to develop and implement their online marketing strategies, coordinated and executed mass email deployments, and created HTML email campaigns.

Early in their career, Thomas gained practical experience as an intern at vCom Solutions, Inc. in 2005.

Thomas Velasco attended Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania from 2002 to 2006, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing and Management.
