Laura H. has extensive experience in leadership and management across various organizations. Currently serving in the role of Marketing and Sales for Career and Technical Education at Nacogdoches Independent School District since August 2022, Laura has previously held significant positions including Director at Chick-fil-A Franchise, where oversight of recruitment and training for 180 employees was emphasized at one of the franchise's highest-performing locations. As Executive Director at Movement Leaders Collective from May 2019 to April 2022, Laura managed strategic planning and execution across multiple countries. Laura also contributed to Forge America as Executive Director from September 2011 to December 2020, focusing on organizational scaling and team management. In addition, Laura co-founded Forge Dallas in October 2010, dedicated to training individuals as community missionaries. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration in Organizational Leadership from Johnson University and a Bachelor of Business Studies in Communications from Hardin-Simmons University.
