Aylen Magem has extensive experience in human resources and customer service, currently serving as an Analista de RR.HH. and previously as a customer service representative at Naci贸n Servicios since February 2017. Prior experience includes a role as a telemarketer at CAT Technologies Argentina, where responsibilities included assisting active and delinquent clients and sales from July to September 2016. Aylen also worked as a profesora de gimnasia acrob谩tica at Gimnasio CARDAN Sauts from March 2014 to October 2015. Academically, Aylen holds a degree in Licenciatura en Relaciones del Trabajo from the University of Buenos Aires (January 2016 - December 2021) and a degree as a Perito Mercantil con Orientaci贸n en Econom铆a y Gesti贸n de las Organizaciones from Instituto Carlos Steeb (2011 - 2015).
