Matthew Brink is a seasoned professional in career services and content development, currently serving as the Chief Content & Programs Officer at the National Association of Colleges and Employers since April 2015. Prior to this role, Matthew held significant positions including Director of the Career Service Center at the University of Delaware and Director of Career Development & Transformative Learning at Saint Joseph's University. Matthew's career also includes experience as a consultant with Brink Solutions and various roles in several colleges, including Associate Director of Career Development at Bryn Mawr College and Career Counselor at Haverford College. Academically, Matthew holds a Master's degree in Counseling from Villanova University and a Bachelor's degree in Communications from Messiah University.
