Jack Rayman is a seasoned professional in career services with extensive experience in higher education. Currently serving as Senior Director Emeritus at Penn State University since December 2010, Jack has also been a Fellow of the National Association of Colleges and Employers since 2000, recognizing significant contributions to the field. Jack previously held the role of Director of the Career Management Center at the Azerbaijan Diplomatic Academy, where efforts were focused on establishing a premier career center. Prior to this, Jack directed the comprehensive career services at Pennsylvania State University from 1983 to 2010 and served as a Career Development Officer at Iowa State University from 1978 to 1983. Jack holds a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from the University of Iowa and a Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce from Iowa State University.
