Randall M. is an experienced public health professional with a focus on HIV prevention and harm reduction. As the Director of HIV & Harm Reduction at NACCHO since April 2022, Randall oversees initiatives aimed at addressing HIV-related challenges. Prior to NACCHO, Randall served as the Ending the HIV Epidemic Prevention Grant & Planning Coordinator at the Marion County Public Health Department. A notable tenure at NASTAD spanned nearly a decade, where Randall held several leadership roles, including Director of International Operations and Deputy Country Director for NASTAD Ethiopia, managing significant budgets and operations related to HIV public health strategies. Randall began a career in clinical social work and family therapy, obtaining a Master's Degree in Clinical/Medical Social Work from Washington University in St. Louis and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from DePauw University.
