Anna Clayton is a Senior Program Analyst at NACCHO, overseeing the Mobilizing for Action through Planning and Partnerships (MAPP) and Funding Streams portfolios, while also engaging with the Adaptive Leadership team. With extensive experience in performance improvement, Anna has contributed significantly to developing training, technical assistance, and resources for local health departments. Prior roles at HealthHIV included Capacity Building Manager, where Anna innovated training programs for case managers, and as a capacity-building coordinator for healthcare providers. Anna's background in education includes fitness instruction, tutoring, and internship coordination at the University of Maryland, as well as internship experiences with PCORI and the Smithsonian Institution. Anna holds a Master’s Degree in Behavioral and Community Health and dual Bachelor's Degrees in Psychology and Communication Studies from the University of Maryland.
