Shantel Goodman-Luckett, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning over several notable companies. Shantel currently serves as the Chief Experience Officer (CXO) at the National Association for College Admission Counseling. Prior to this role, they held senior leadership positions at the GBTA | Global Business Travel Association, including Senior Vice President of Global Marketing & Research and Vice President of Global Marketing. During their time at GBTA, they implemented successful research strategies and positioned the GTBA Convention as a platform for business travel professionals. Before joining GBTA, Shantel worked at Marriott International, where they contributed to the development and execution of a digital marketing strategy for the Courtyard by Marriott brand. Shantel has also held positions at Marymount University as an Adjunct Professor of Marketing and WPNI (washingtonpost.newsweek interactive) as a Senior Manager of Consumer Marketing and Manager of Market Intelligence. Shantel began their career in sales at The Washington Post. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in marketing, research, strategy development, and leadership.

Shantel Goodman-Luckett holds an MBA degree in Marketing from The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School. Shantel also completed their undergraduate studies at Virginia Commonwealth University, obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Communications/Advertising. In addition, they have completed two courses as part of the Global Leadership Professional® (GLP) Program, with one course taken at The Wharton School and the other at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.
