Ritika Kapoor is an accomplished Information Technology professional with extensive experience in Agile methodologies, project management, and business analysis. Currently serving as an Information Technology Governance Manager at Nabors Industries since May 2024, Ritika previously excelled as a Scrum Master at OccamSec, where implementation of Agile practices resulted in a significant increase in value delivery and a considerable reduction in cycle time. Ritika's background includes a role as a Sr. Business Systems Analyst at Intuit, managing Agile Product Backlogs for a major reporting and analytics team, and experience as a Business Analyst/Project Coordinator for the City of Houston. Additional expertise was gained as a Solution Designer/Product Owner and Technical Lead at Tech Mahindra, contributing to the modernization of Telecom Mediation systems. Ritika’s career began as a Software Developer at Lifetree Convergence Ltd, designing and customizing billing system modules. Ritika holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from Mumbai University.
