Josh Porter started their work experience in 2011 as a Laborer at Superior Concrete Inc. Josh then worked as a Field Engineer at Crossland Heavy Contractors, Inc. from January 2013 to May 2017. Since June 2017, they have been with Nabholz Corporation, initially working as a Project Engineer and currently serving as a Project Manager.

Josh Porter attended Harding University from 2008 to 2009, although it is not specified whether they obtained a degree or studied a particular field during this time.
