Raghvendra Sharma started their work experience in 2017 as an Account Executive at Naimish Infrastructure Pvt Ltd., where they worked until 2018. In October 2018, they joined Naandi Foundation as a Finance Associate, and their employment there is ongoing.

Raghvendra Sharma completed their Bachelor of Commerce (B.com) degree in International Business/Trade/Commerce from the University of Lucknow between 2011 and 2014. Raghvendra then pursued a Master of Commerce (M. Com) degree in Accounting and Finance from Integral University, where they studied from 2018 to 2020. Raghvendra is currently enrolled in the Master of Business Administration (MBA) program at Integral University, specializing in Accounting and Finance. Raghvendra began their MBA studies in 2020 and is expected to complete the program in 2022.

In addition to their formal education, Raghvendra has obtained several certifications. In 2014, they earned an Advance Diploma in Computer Application from IICT. Raghvendra also completed a Digital Marketing Basics Course from DigitalDeepak.com in 2018. Most recently, Raghvendra obtained a certification in Systems, Applications & Products in Data Processing from SamInfratech (P) Ltd. (Telecom Implementation ,HVAC & Software Development) in October 2022.
