Sylwia Synowiec is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in global sourcing and procurement, currently serving as Global Sourcing Manager at N26 since August 2019. Prior to this role, Sylwia held the position of Project Manager in Strategic Procurement at Inceptua Group, where key contributions included the creation of BI analyses to inform sourcing decisions and the successful implementation of a new ERP system utilizing SCRUM methodologies. Further experience at Bombardier Transportation involved roles as Junior Project Commercial Manager and Working Student in Change Management, where Sylwia participated in significant projects and developed commercial management tools.
